By installing or using PSKrep (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
The App is provided by Kaan Yaren (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the App and any related services we may offer.
The App’s source code is released under the MIT License and is available on GitHub. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the licence, you may use the App on any device you own or control.

All radio-propagation data displayed by the App is sourced from PSKReporter.info, a public service operated by Philip Gladstone. PSKrep is an unofficial, independent client. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSKReporter.info.
Spot data is published by amateur-radio operators worldwide and is provided “as is”. The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data are not guaranteed by either PSKReporter.info or by us.
PSKrep is free to use. An optional one-time in-app purchase titled “PSKrep Pro” (also labelled “Remove Ads”) permanently removes banner advertisements on the live map.
You agree to use the App in a way that is respectful of others and consistent with the spirit of amateur radio. In particular, you agree not to:
The App, including its source code, design, graphics, and the “PSKrep” name and logo, is the intellectual property of Kaan Yaren and its contributors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
“PSKReporter” and the PSKReporter logo are the property of Philip Gladstone; all rights reserved. Their use by the App is purely descriptive and nominative.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy of any propagation, signal, or geographic data displayed by the App. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical, navigation, or emergency communications purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the current version. Material changes will be summarised in the App’s release notes on GitHub. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
