Common questions

A few things operators ask most often.

What data does PSKrep collect about me?
None that we control. The app does not require an account, does not collect your name or email, and does not track you. See the full Privacy Policy.
Where does the spot data come from?
All spots are pulled from the public PSKReporter.info API and MQTT feed. PSKrep is an unofficial third-party client.
Why is the map empty / not loading?
Check the filter bottom sheet — make sure you’ve selected at least one band and mode, and that the time horizon isn’t set to a very recent window with no activity. Background auto-polling only runs while the app is in the foreground.
How do I see my own station on the map?
Grant the location permission on first run. The map will centre on your coordinates and draw paths to stations reporting you. Your location never leaves the device.
I bought PSKrep Pro but ads are still showing. What now?
Open Settings → PSKrep Pro and tap Restore Purchase. If that doesn’t help, email us with your platform (iOS / Android) and the approximate purchase date.
Can I use PSKrep on a desktop?
PSKrep is built with Flutter and supports iOS, Android, and web. A desktop build is not currently provided; the source compiles but isn’t packaged as a release artifact.
